Police has apprehended three out of nine inmates who escaped from Maafushi Jail last February.

Hussain Fail, 26 years of Happy rest/ Aa. Himandhoo was arrested last Wednesday night while living in Hulhumale’ with his wife.

Fail was serving a life sentence in Maafushee jail regarding Aa. Himandhoo case of October 2007.

The other two arrested were Moosa Adnan, 22 years of M. Banafsaage and Hussain Faiz, 28 years of Paris/ S. Feydhoo.
