Maldives National Chamber for Commerce and Industries (MNCCI) has said that only their members were given tables in this year’s night market.

Speaking at a press conference held the previous day at MNCCI office, chairman of the night market committee Aishath Shifana Wajeeh said that there would be 581 tables in this year’s night market.

Shifana said that MNCCI wishes to inform all customers to keep vehicles at a faraway distance and walk to the market.

MNCCI says that more than 2000 new members joined them for this year’s night market.

This year’s night market would being on 28th of July and contrary to other years, fireworks and live music would be held.
